The Yoga for Dancers – Part 2 is a 8 week short-term course that prepares the students to be physically and mentally fit for the rigor of classical dance training through little advanced Asanas and Pranayama. The course has a unique distinction of being structured to be a common fitness-learning schedule for dancers of all genres. By the end of the course, the students would have improved their body flexibility, strengthened their muscles & improved their stamina.
Yoga is fundamentally a systematic way of life  backed by a healthy attitude.  To achieve this, there are  simple physical exercises known as Asanas &  techniques that help us control the mind through the control of the breath, known as Pranayama. It is a self-development technique for body and mind. Everyone, irrespective of your age and physical fitness levels, can now aspire to get maximum benefit from eAmbalam’s unique yoga online courses. This can be taken by anyone of you interested in learning Yoga at your convenient time & place. Students are provided with high quality Step by Step learning videos by watching which they learn the lessons and present the same during one on one online class with the instructors to enhance their learning.

For those who are not flexible, a video demonstration of the lessons using Yoga props are introduced along with postural corrections to enhance their learning.
The course duration is 8 weeks with 8 one to one online sessions with the instructor. If the student wishes to extend the course duration, they can do it by paying a minimal fee. If student wishes to have certification, they need to take online assessments at the end of the course.
