In this course, Yogic techniques are used to address Insomnia problems. Using the sequence of Asana and Pranayama recommended in this course will help to reduce or completely eliminate some or all of the symptoms related to Insomnia.
In our online course on yoga therapy, we shall attempt to address some health issues that are very common to our times, owing to the unnatural lifestyles of the majority of the population. Yoga, though not primarily meant to be a healing system, has the potential to heal many diseases. Therapeutic use of yoga techniques is so popular today that many think yoga is only a kind of alternate therapy! The shat kriyas of hata yoga especially, are designed to bring the body back to balance. About Insomnia
The course has been designed by experienced practitioners to suit your needs. The course has excellent demonstration videos, step by step detailed learning videos using Props, demonstration of commonly done mistakes followed by postural corrections, one to one interaction with the faculty and much more.

Insomnia is a common sleep disorder. People who have insomnia have trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or both.  It is also used to describe un-refreshing or incomplete sleep. More than an ailment in itself, insomnia is a symptom of an underling condition that causes lack of sleep. With sleep disturbances affecting the hormonal balance, there has been manifold rise in ailments as heart diseases & high blood pressure.
Common Symptoms:
Difficulty in falling asleep; Lack of concentration during the day; Anxiety; Depression; Not feeling rested after night sleep; Awakening during night; Loss of coordination
Causes
