Objectives
This Module will be
-  Describe about fitness and demonstrate light warm-ups and stretches.
-  Explain about Yoga along with demonstrations on basic sitting and relaxing postures.
-  Demonstrate the different techniques of breathing under Prāṇāyāma section.
-  Demonstrate different Asanas in both standing, sitting as well as lying down posture.
